Tim was very efficient at listing my parents home for me.
He helped me with suggestions to do before I listed the home. Kept me up to date with all showings. He was patient with my questions and lack of knowledge with the paperwork! Tim was positive and upbeat even when a potential sale fell through! He met my expectations as a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor. He made each step of the process manageable!
